White Riesling is often referred to as the “King of white wine grapes”.This Riesling is a classic representative of this variety. In the nose, light fruits, stone fruits, white wineyard peaches and apricots. Firm on the palate with excellent acidity and minerality. A particularly animating, elegant Riesling in which the fruit dominates.

The location „Hofbreite“ was first mentioned in 1141 and belongs to the „Stift Heiligenkreuz“. It reaches from Thallern to Gumpoldskirchen at about 250 m above sea. The great hillside with the old grapevine ist directed to the west. The Zierfandler is also called Spätrot, because the grapes turn red at full ripeness.
The odor consists of white peach, citrusnotes; the flavor is creamy with an elegant match of sugar and acerbity. The wine is very youthful, round, meaty and harmonic with a lot of finesse.

The hillside Flamming is the eponym for the Rotgipfler „Flamming“. The development happened to 90 % in steel tank and 10 % in barrel. The odor stands out with tropical, ripe fruits as mango, pineapple, papaya. The wine is very balanced, corpulent and tight – a hint of grapefruit arranges the freshness at the palatine. A close, meaty, harmonic body marks this Rotgipfler. The Flamming offers a complex experience for the flavor – a tropical fruity game paired with freshness and savory zest. A perfekt companion for lunch and dinner with great potential to ripe.

The name „Wiege“ comes from the name of the mountain location near Baden. 10 % fermented on the mesh and afterwards 12 months stored in 500l barrels of wood. Produced by spontaneous fermentation and lengthy contact with fine yeast, this Rotgipfler is convincing due to its distinctive character and powerful structure. On the palate creamy, close and animating. A nutty-scabby taste completed by tropical fruity nuances and a fine vanilla note with a long and harmonic finish.

The Chardonnay reveals ripe fruit and yellow pear in the nose. It is very compact and full-bodied on the palate with aromas of pome fruit, quince and citrus. With an exquisite body, the wine presents stylistic balance. Cool fermentation and the development with yeast, yield very complex aromas. Harmonious fresh fruity sweetness, hints of tangerines and apples, juicy with lots of minerals. An elegant Burgunder and excellent food companion.

The wine was aged for a year to slowly reach its maturity. The wine made from these ripe grapes has a beautiful, bright ruby colour with a fruity-spicy nose and a soft, pleasant finish.

Selected by hand and 12 months verification in small barrels of frensh oak produce a strong and complex Merlot. A tight, juicy, full redwine, spicy with aroma of roasting, currant, dark cherries. On tha palatine soft, round tannin rounded with a harmonic acerbity.

Ripe grapes – harvested at the right time – are the basic prerequisites for a typical Pinot Noir. Cool spontaneous fermentation and aged in 500-liter barrels for 12 months. A very elegant red wine, red berries with an herby flavor and velvety tannins.

The Ried Bockfuss vineyard is situated 300 meters above sea level on the Badener Berg and boarders the Viennese forest. The wine displays subtle strawberry and raspberry notes, typical for Pinot Noir. It is elegant, multilayered and captivates through a lively fresh finish.

One of the finest „domestic“ red wine varieties as well as one of the most durable. Matured for 12 months in small French oak barrels, 1st and 2nd filling. Strong, dark red colour, very fine, fruity-cherry flavor. Dense, intense with good structure. Top wine, which has a good ageing potential. 

Our St. Laurent is produced only from the best vintages. A major requirement being that the grapes are hand picked and selected. The wine is matured in 500 liter French oak barrels. Dark in colour, roasted, spicy fruit and powerful tannins in the finish.

The location at Badnerberg is about 300m above sea level. From there a wonderful view all the way to Vienna is possible. St. Laurent & Merlot characterize this powerful red wine, which is only bottled from the best vintage. Ageing took place in 100% new 500-l French oak barrels, 1st filling for 30 months. Deep dark colour with violet reflections. Delicate chocolate, fine oaky flavour, dark berries. Juicy, well integrated tannins, powerful finish, nougat in the aftertaste, great ageing potential.

Harterberg is located south of Baden near Vienna. The “Harterberg Merlot” is only harvested from the best vintage. Ageing took place in 100% new 225-l barrels of French oak, 1st fill for 30 months.
